Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoRankEngine (the "Service"), operated by Fahad Mobeen, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at autorankengine.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What AutoRankEngine Is
AutoRankEngine is a software-as-a-service platform that helps WordPress blog owners generate article drafts using AI, track search engine rankings for their content, and distribute published content to social platforms via one-click sharing links. AI-generated article drafts are never published to your WordPress site automatically — every article requires your explicit review and approval before it goes live, unless you have separately enabled the optional automatic-publish setting for your site, which you may disable at any time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and when connecting your WordPress site.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content generated through the Service for your account, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any AI-generated content before it is published to your website. AI-generated content may contain errors, and you agree not to rely on it as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice without independent verification. You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, your WordPress site's own policies, and any third-party rights (including copyright and trademark).
You are responsible for the WordPress credentials, Google service account keys, and other third-party credentials you provide to connect your site. We store these credentials encrypted, but you are responsible for revoking and rotating them if you believe they have been compromised.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis across multiple plan tiers, each with a monthly article generation allowance, keyword tracking limit, and feature set as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed by a licensed third-party payment processor acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the Service. This means our payment processor is the seller of record for tax and payment-processing purposes, and your purchase is subject to that processor's own terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. Our payment processor handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings, which will redirect you to our payment processor's secure customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you retain access to your current plan's features until then.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing; attempt to circumvent the plan limits or security measures of the Service; resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent; or use the Service in a way that violates our payment processor's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers to function, including AI content-generation providers, search-ranking data providers, Google's indexing services, IndexNow, and your own WordPress installation. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services, and features depending on them (such as search ranking checks or search-engine indexing notifications) are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of results.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive use of the Service, or if required by law or by our payment processor. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking outcome, indexing result, or traffic increase from using the Service — ranking and indexing features are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on factors outside our control, including third-party search engines' own algorithms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where our payment processor's own terms and conditions govern the payment relationship between you and that processor directly.
